CUVEE ORANGE

A history of competition.

Seeking perfection, the Orange cuvée stands out in tasting. It is expressed by a remarkable power in the mouth, then, after having surprised you, relaxes on noble flavors of fresh fruits. A nice tension is to be noticed.

CUVEE REBELLION TIMEPIECES

The first bottle
in forged carbon.

Making an impression, surpassing ourselves, innovating... these are the values that led us to create this new container.

To accompany this bottle with its raw and refined appearance, we have selected our Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Millésime 2015.

This cuvée is expressed by aromas of white fruits, floral and slightly sweet notes.

CUVÉE for Rebellion Timepieces

Technical Feature:

Varieties of grapes

100% Chardonnay Grand Cru

8g/L

Disgorging

Your vintage is sold between 3 and 6 months after disgorgement

Tasting Notes

This vintage offers you a slightly shiny and transparent color on a light gold. The character of Chardonnay is faithful and very identity, the first scents reveal white fruits, flowers on a slightly minty fatty support.

The intensity then becomes clearer towards yellow citrus, white flowers and a few hints of aromatic herbs. Finally, the density increases, we perceive the sap and the fine chalk.

The palate is creamy, velvety and noticeably honeyed. It asserts itself at its heart with a tension reminiscent of granny apple and green citrus. The finish is chalk powder and the lemony graphite perceptions are tasty.

Food and wine pairings

This cuvée will enhance a delicate recipe such as a scallop ceviche or a grilled red mullet fillet, marinated in thyme and olive oil.
